Introduction

All about the teacher!

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Brianna Harper and I will be your child's Kindergarten teacher! I have taught two years in first grade and this will be my first year in Kindergarten. I live in Shelbyville, KY with my husband, Justin, and our two cats, Tom and Ghost.

I grew up in Frankfort, KY where I played volleyball, played clarinet in the marching and concert band, and performed in many of the school plays.

I graduated with a Psychology degree in 2009 from Transylvania University and received my Masters of Arts in Teaching from the University of Louisville. I am currently working on my Rank I through the University of the Cumberlands with a Literacy Specialist focus.

I am very excited to start this year and get to know each of you!
